Editorial Policy

Last updated: 6 October 2026 · CaptionStudio.in · Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, India

This page explains how the guides, caption packs and tools on CaptionStudio.in are created, checked and kept current. It exists so readers — and anyone reviewing this site — can see exactly what standards we hold ourselves to.

Who writes and maintains this site

CaptionStudio is written and maintained by Ansh Yadav, an independent developer and content writer based in Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh, India. There is no anonymous content farm behind this site and no outsourced writing pool. Every guide carries an author byline, and the person whose name is on it is the person who edited it. You can read more on the About page.

What we publish

Three kinds of content live on this site:

We do not publish paid guest posts, sponsored in-article links, or pages written primarily to rank for a keyword with no reader behind it. If a page cannot answer a real question, it does not get published.

How guides are researched

Guides are built from three sources, in this order of priority:

AI assistance disclosure

We use AI writing tools in our workflow, and we say so plainly. In practice, AI is used for drafting and for producing the large volumes of short caption variants that no one would write by hand. It is not used to publish unreviewed pages.

Every AI-drafted section is reviewed by a human editor before publishing, and checked for:

Our rule: if a page could be produced by anyone with the same prompt and would read identically, it does not belong on this site. Pages are published only when they carry something the reader cannot get from a generic generated list.

Accuracy and corrections

Instagram changes often — features get renamed, hashtag behaviour shifts, ad policies are updated. A guide that was correct when written can go stale. Our commitments are:

To report an error, use the contact page and include the page URL and the exact line. Corrections are prioritised above all other work and are usually resolved within the same week.

Keeping content current

Guides are reviewed on a rolling schedule, oldest first. Pages that cover fast-moving topics — hashtags, hooks, platform features — are reviewed more frequently than evergreen caption packs. When a guide's advice stops being true, it is rewritten rather than left up as-is.

Advertising and editorial independence

CaptionStudio is funded by display advertising, including Google AdSense. Advertisers have no influence over what we write, which pages exist, or what a guide recommends. We do not accept payment for a favourable mention, and we do not publish sponsored links inside guides.

Ads are kept non-intrusive by design: no pop-ups, no interstitials, and no ads inside the generators. We do not run ads that imitate editorial content or ask readers to click to reveal the content they came for.

What we refuse to publish

Some things are outside our standards regardless of traffic potential:

The income-related guides on this site describe how creator work is actually priced and invoiced. They are walkthroughs, not earnings promises — see the Disclaimer for the detail.

Copyright and reuse

Caption lists, guides and page copy belong to CaptionStudio.in. Short quotations with a link back to the source page are welcome. Republishing substantial portions without permission is not.

Contact about editorial matters

Corrections, factual challenges, sourcing questions and licensing requests all go to the same place: the contact page. If you are disputing something we published, tell us the line and, if you have one, your source — those messages get answered first.
